Job Title: Production Supervisor – Knitted Garments

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the knitted garments unit to ensure timely output, quality compliance, and efficient manpower utilization. The role involves supervising stitching lines, coordinating with supporting departments, and ensuring production targets are met as per plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production operations of knitted garments (T-shirts, polos, hoodies, tracks, etc.)
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan
• Monitor line efficiency, output, and WIP (Work in Progress)
• Allocate manpower effectively and manage operators, helpers, and line leaders
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework and rejection
• Coordinate with Quality, Cutting, IE, Maintenance, and PPC teams
