Civil Labourers – Roads, Drainage & Subdivisions (Northern NSW)

A well‑established Civil Construction company is seeking  experienced Civil Labourers  to join their crew on projects across  Ballina, Byron Bay, and Lismore. These roles involve general labouring duties on subdivision, road, and drainage projects throughout 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform general civil labouring, trenching, spotting, and site clean‑up.
• Assist operators and trades with earthworks, drainage, and road construction.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor directions.
• Help maintain an organised and productive work environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Previous experience in civil construction or drainage labouring preferred.
• Good understanding of site safety and teamwork.
