Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a CX/UX Design Manager ( **Nursing** ) to lead design and experience strategy and execution across the **Nursing portfolio** , spanning education, practice, and professional development. This role sits in a **complex, regulated, and high-impact domain** and requires a leader who drives clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision making.

This is a **player-coach leadership role** , not a visual design position only. You will set direction in ambiguous spaces, align cross-functional teams early in the product lifecycle, and ensure UX drives meaningful outcomes for nurses, students, educators, and institutions. You will also act as a **change agent** , helping partners evolve their understanding of UX from strategic product design to execution.
