Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Manilla, Philippines
Qualification:
• Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent / post-Graduation degree/diploma
• Relevant certification such as Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer, ITSM, etc. will be preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IGA (Saviynt/SailPoint) L2 support engineer who will be responsible for providing intermediate level technical support for IGA (Saviynt/SailPoint) IGA platform. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing configurations, and ensuring the seamless operations of the platform.
Key Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, and other scripting languages, as well as XML, JSON
Should be able to configure and customize IGA (Saviynt/SailPoint) platform to meet business requirements, including workflow design, role management, and policy configuration.
