Cyber Security Awareness Training/Development Consultant

Job Description
In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and refreshing cyber security awareness training on a quarterly basis to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with evolving security risks. They will regularly design and update training materials that cover key topics such as phishing, safe remote working practices, mobile device security, and the proper handling of sensitive and PII data.
On a monthly basis, they will deliver security awareness training sessions to employees, both virtually and in person, tailoring messaging to suit a broad, non‑technical audience. This includes presenting content confidently to large groups, facilitating virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions, and clearly communicating key security messages in an accessible, easy‑to‑understand manner.
