Cyber Security Manager

We are looking for Manager, Cyber Architecture and Infrastructure based in one of our main locations (Helsinki, Tornio, Avesta, Krefeld, Vilnius, Poland) to lead Cyber Security Architecture and Infrastructure team.
As a Manager, you will be a Member of Cyber Security Leadership team and a part of the Outokumpu Cyber Security team, which is a lean and mean global function supporting the organization in cyber security related topics and ensuring that relevant security policies, frameworks and controls are in place. Cyber security is currently part of the IT organization working closely with IT teams as well as other Outokumpu functions.

Define and execute the Cyber Security strategy and roadmap
Develop and improve IT/OT architecture and infrastructure security
Govern infrastructure security policies and compliance
Lead the Security Architecture backlog with internal and external stakeholders
