Roles & responsibilities
Implement and manage ISPM solutions to continuously monitor identity security posture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Apply deep knowledge of ISPM concepts and IGA tools (Saviynt, Okta, IBM) to strengthen identity security posture.
Execute access certification campaigns, enforce RBAC, and govern privileged access across hybrid environments.
Identify and remediate misconfigurations, excessive privileges, and orphaned accounts to reduce identity-related risks.
Collaborate with IAM, IGA, PAM, and IT security teams to enforce least-privilege access and Zero Trust principles.
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and best practices for identity posture management.
Integrate ISPM solutions with existing IGA and PAM frameworks for unified identity governance.
Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into identity posture, risk trends, and compliance metrics.
