Cybersecurity and IT Systems Administrator

Key Accountabilities:

1. Cybersecurity Leadership (Primary Focus)

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and standards across the group of companies.
• Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus/EDR, and vulnerability management systems.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity controls such as DLP, threat detection, and incident response procedures.
• Monitor security operations: Continuously review logs, alerts, and threat intelligence from firewalls, endpoint protection, and security tools to detect, analyze, and respond to potential incidents in real time.
• Manage cybersecurity projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective rollout.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine cybersecurity and data privacy regulations (RA 10173, NPC, DICT).
• Provide regular reports on security posture, risks, and remediation to senior management.
