Cybersecurity Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities: Execute deployment and implementation activities for cybersecurity and network security solutions, ensuring accurate configuration and seamless integration. Provide post-sales technical support for customer projects at both local and regional levels, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery. Deliver on-site implementation services, including system configuration, testing, and preparation of comprehensive deployment and handover documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, or operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system reliability. Be available for 24×7 maintenance and support when required. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction.
