Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and continuously maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity engineering process and management system covering the entire product lifecycle, from concept through decommissioning.
Take ownership of the Cybersecurity Manager role within projects, including defining and overseeing cybersecurity architecture.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in cybersecurity processes across the organization.
Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and evidence to comply with standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and other applicable regulations.
Identify process gaps, potential risks, and areas for enhancement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in cybersecurity practices.
Partner with the IT team to design and implement a cybersecurity key management system that supports both product development and manufacturing needs.
