Cybersecurity Engineer (Trend Micro IWSVA)

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Trend Micro InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA) . This role focuses on day-to-day operations, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IWSVA in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Trend Micro IWSVA in a production environment
• Perform routine administration tasks such as policy configuration, URL filtering, and malware protection
• Monitor system health, logs, and alerts; escalate issues when required
• Support upgrades, patches, and basic maintenance activities for IWSVA
• Assist in troubleshooting web access, proxy, and SSL-related issues
• Work with network and system teams to ensure proper traffic flow and service availability
• Maintain basic operational documentation and handover notes
