Cybersecurity Operations Manager

EllisDon, a leading construction and services company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to oversee incident response, security monitoring, and continuous improvement for on‑prem and building site environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as service delivery manager and subject‑matter expert (SME) to the SOC team during the run phase of the service.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance on incident response management, coordinating efforts across EllisDon.
• Manage escalations, daily operations, resources, incident management, and reporting and review of contractual metrics (KPI/SLA).
• Implement and support security for EllisDon on‑prem and building site environments, including the implementation of technological solutions.
• Participate in business development activities (including responses to RFP/I/Q).
