**Job Description Summary**
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Manager, you will be an integral part of our cybersecurity team, focusing on strengthening the IAM Operations Function. You will drive towards excellence in delivery, pursue state of the art automation opportunities and expand services across BD applications and systems that may affect our medical device products, enterprise IT, and manufacturing environments.

**Strategic Responsibilities:**

+ 85% - oversee a team of up to 50 resources to support access provisioning and deprovisioning for workforce and machine identities.
