Summary

Supervisor Responsible for the veracity of inventory, execution of cyclical counts, as well as the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory.

Key Responsibilities And Main Activities

• Actively participates and develops projects aimed at reducing operating expenses in inventory management and administration (Kaizen)
• Review and coordinate operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity.
• Secures and monitors system transactions – data integrity.
• Coordinate and execute, together with the Warehouseman in charge, the program of cyclical counts (daily, weekly and monthly) in accordance with the ABC methodology.
• It promotes follow-up of working process activities, cut audits, set up scrap, manual scrap, Kanban.
• Record and reconcile all inventory movements in the ERP system (receipts, exits, transfers, adjustments).
