New product development for cycle items (Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES -Support for R&D cycle/performance activities -Product & Module leadership and management -Transition new technology from HQ to Mexico (Cycle Parts) -Implement new products/parts -Standardization projects in Cycle Parts -Implement projects for improve the quality in Cycle parts SKILLS AND ABILITIES -Cycle Refrigeration / Air conditioning / Product engineering / R&D engineering -Thermodynamics -Intermediate to advanced English Level -2D/3D Modeling -Responsible, proactive -Experience 5-10 years
