Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.
Currently we are looking for
CZECH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK ANALYST LEVEL 1 (ET97)
Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office/week)
Salary: competitive
Type of employment: contractor
Tasks:
Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution
Requirements:
Understanding on basics for Windows and Office suite.
Customer service skills & Problem-solving skills.
Communication skills (Czech).
Team collaboration.
Availability shift rostering for 24x7
Confident English
Candidate needs to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
