D & B SUPERVISOR (Mining - Hard Rock)

Bilnor Staffing Solutions client in the mining sector is looking for a DRILL & BLASTER SUPERVISOR to join their team.  
The position will be based between Middelburg, Steelpoort, Rustenburg and Thabazimbi - to be discussed at interview.
Candidates should be willing to travel to these provinces
*South African Citizens will be preferred**
GENERAL DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise drilling and blasting operations in accordance with mine production targets. Ensure proper drilling and blasting techniques are applied to achieve optimal fragmentation and minimize environmental impact.
• Monitor and control explosive usage, storage, and handling in line with regulatory and company safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and company-specific regulations regarding blasting operations.
