What this role really is This is not an “ecommerce manager” role.
You will own the business, category, and P&L —driving revenue growth end-to-end across Shopify, marketplaces, ads, retention, and conversion.
Your job is simple:
Grow revenue profitably while improving repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
You will think like a mini-founder for the business , balancing growth, margins, customer acquisition, and retention.
What you will own P&L & Revenue Ownership (Core Responsibility): Own category/business P&L
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue growth
Improve contribution margins and profitability
Take data-driven decisions for scaling
Marketplace & Ecommerce Growth: Own and scale marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.)
Manage catalog optimization, visibility, pricing, discounts, and sales growth
