D365 F&O Application Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a D365 Application Operations Specialist to take ownership of the day‑to‑day operational stability, performance, and health of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform. This is a critical role ensuring that our ERP system runs efficiently and reliably to support core business processes. You will work closely with functional teams, developers, and support partners to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Environment Monitoring

• Monitor overall health of D365 F&O environments (Production, UAT, Development)
• Ensure high system availability, reliability, and responsiveness
• Analyse system alerts and proactively address potential issues

Batch Job Operations
