Job Description

 Responsibilities A Dynamics CRM Techno-functional Consultant lead/Developer the technical aspects of a D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) project or workstream working in collaboration with the marketing/functional team and developers.
 Learn the customers business, needs, and processes and architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques to help them achieve their goals.
 Designs should find a balance between user satisfaction, maintainability, scalability, and cost to implement.
 Independently evaluate, design, and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working to help customers deploy their solutions.
 Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
 Lead data-centric, marketing and business process discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
