D365 Master Data analyst

You will manage and maintain master data in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Your work will make sure data is accurate and consistent so the business can run smoothly across products, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.

Main responsibilities

Master data maintenance

• Create, update, and manage master data in D365 F&O, such as:
• Items / released products
• Product categories and attributes
• BOMs and formulas (including versions, approval, and activation)
• Inventory dimensions (site/warehouse/location, batch/serial where applicable)
• Units of measure and other item-related setup needed for daily operations
• Follow and enforce data standards (naming rules, duplication checks, required fields).

Data uploads and mass updates

• Upload and update data using:
• Data Management (DMF)
• Excel add-in
• Standard templates
