Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for a D365 Support Engineer to join the IT Applications team at Meadowview head office. The IT Applications Support function ensures the stability, efficiency, and optimal performance of business-critical ERP applications across Motus Aftermarket Parts. This role provides timely technical support, troubleshooting system, and user assistance, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancements. Through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement, the function supports operational excellence, enables informed decision-making, and contributes to MAP's digital transformation and business objectives.
Requirements:
Education
- A degree in IT, Business, or similar.
- MS D365 Fundamental Certification.
- MS D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Certification.
- MS D365 Core Finance and Operations Certification.
