Dance School Executive Director

-Proven experience (minimum 3 years, ideally 5) in managing educational or creative institutions (e.g. dance schools, art studios, fitness centers).
-Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setup environment.
-Commercial mindset – capable of driving growth, overseeing marketing, and building partnerships.
-Passion for the performing arts.
-Experience working with both children and adult students is highly valued.
-Knowledge of the local area is a strong plus.
-English is preferred; Spanish is essential.
-Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools is appreciated.
