Job Description
Responsible for the merchant operations of Daraz coins program
Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase merchant engagement and stickiness
Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of merchant growth objectives.
Position Requirement
At least 1 year of experience in e-Commerce or tech industry, bonus if experienced with Merchant Operations scopes
Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse meaningful trends and solve problems with data-driven approach
Great project management skills with ability to work fast and and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
