Darwinbox Project Manager

The iHRIS Project Manager is a 1-year fixed-term role who will lead the phased implementation and optimization of Darwinbox, ensuring structured delivery, data integrity, and readiness for transition to the People Analytics team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, systems project management, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise HR platforms (Darwinbox preferred; experience in other platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar is acceptable).
