Data & AI Foundation Product Manager

**Role Purpose**



You will lead one of dsm-firmenich’s most strategic data transformations. As Data Foundation Program Manager, you will deliver, embed, and institutionalize the enterprise data foundation powering ERP, AI, and digital growth. A high-impact, visible role working with senior leaders across business and tech.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data Foundation Program, ensuring successful execution, stabilization, and handover into a scalable, well-owned operating model that can be sustained beyond the program.

+ Own the integrated roadmap across data platform, master data, and data governance, balancing delivery speed with long-term operability, supportability, and maintainability.
