Data Analyst - Americas Operation

<p>We're a lean data team supporting Operations across Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and the US. We build the models, dashboards, and pipelines that power decisions in customer support, logistics, onboarding, fraud prevention and customer success, partnering with global peers on shared models, KPIs, and dashboards while solving region-specific challenges.</p>
<p>As a Data Analyst II, you'll work at the intersection of analytics engineering and data analysis. You'll build and maintain data models and pipelines while also creating dashboards, responding to stakeholder requests, and turning business questions into automated insights for the Latam Operations team. This is hands-on work in a collaborative environment: you'll partner closely with Latam stakeholders and your Brazil and US counterparts on Americas-wide initiatives that shape how the region tackles operational analytics challenges.</p>
