Data Analyst and Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to create accurate reports
• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with US accounting standards
• Perform reconciliations and financial analysis
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data modeling)
• Support accounting processes using SAP (preferred)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Qualifications

• Able to work US Central Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• 6–8 years of accounting experience, preferably supporting US-based companies
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong experience in data analysis and financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of US accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
