Benefits Data Source (BDS), a dedicated Center of Excellence team, which sits within RIC, is a global leader in helping our clients with their bench-marking needs as it relates to employee benefits. The BDS team's objectives are to (i) lead product and intellectual capital development; (ii) maintain a market-leading global HR and benefits benchmarking proposition; and (iii) support local and global efforts of participating stakeholders.

The Role

• Learn and understand the HR/benefits landscape of assigned countries by maintaining contents of BDS Knowledge Base.

• Process client submissions and pre-population requests through checking of completeness and accuracy of data, preparing and sending validation queries, interpreting plan documents and client answers, and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., client, GSS, H&B, GBM) via email or phone calls.

• Adhere to all approved process documents/SOPs, workflows, templates, and training materials. <...
