Data Analyst - Business & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The Executive-Business & CRM Analyst responsible to support & drive Group wide CRM initiatives by coordinating project leads assignment across Business Units, tracking conversion and success rates and consolidating monthly and quarterly reports on Group Synergy Revenue & Procurement. This role ensures full visibility of the nationwide project pipeline, coordinating with various Business Units to capture monthly Synergy Revenue and promotes intercompany collaboration by tracking and analyzing cross-selling activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing, verifying, and updating project data across all business units in accordance to the parameters into the CRM systemin a timely and accurate manner.
