Data Analyst

We're looking for a
Data & Communication Specialist
to support strategic partner connections with leading cloud providers such as
AWS, Google, and Microsoft
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage partner deal registrations and co-sell opportunities.
• Maintain and clean CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) to ensure system synchronization and accuracy.
• Manage email communications for introductions, reconnections, and white-glove concierge outreach
• Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ACE & Partner Center) updated with accurate partner-to-provider connection data.
• Collaborate closely with POD teams and Data Tackle teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct weekly audits to maintain 97–98%+ data accuracy across systems (Downstream, Salesforce, Excel).
