Data Analyst Executive

Short Summary This Role :

Will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely across all the department, responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, users and content producers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design the incentive policy and implement voucher strategy, work closely and effectively with various stakeholders (e.g. Category team, Marketing team, UG etc.) to drive and land business results
• Manage key business analytics and regular business reviews to provide insightful analytical report on SG market
• Project management/owner on key initiatives and target setting( e.g. seller growth strategy and operation)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
