Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Review, validate, and manage distribution reports (e.g., production tracking, compensation reports) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business rules 
Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision‑making and strategy execution 
Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and support the development of new processing models 
Provide analytical insights into business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 
Lead or support system‑related projects such as new implementations, system migrations, database changes, or reporting structure enhancements 
Troubleshoot issues, provide interim solutions to maintain business continuity, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability
