Data Analyst - Finance & Operations

GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) is a full-service jet engine overhaul and repair station located at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport, Finland.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our international and growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced aviation industry. In this role, as part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in transforming operational and financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, process optimization, and business growth.

Working closely with Business Cost Analytics, Production, Engineering, Commercial Support, IT and senior management, you will develop data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, support forecasting and planning, and help achieve our ambitious Production growth targets while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
