Responsibilities

1. Daily Reporting & Performance Tracking: Own and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across all GameNow revenue streams. Track and report core KPIs including DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention, churn, and conversion rates. Highlight risks, gaps and growth opportunities in every reporting cycle with clear data‑backed commentary. Maintain a reporting cadence that is timely, zero‑error and decision‑ready.
2. Excel‑First Data Analysis & Data Mining: Use advanced Excel capabilities as a primary analytical tool. Mine large structured and semi‑structured datasets to uncover behavioral patterns, monetization trends, and operational anomalies. Perform data cleaning, transformation and normalization to ensure analytical accuracy before any output is published. Build Excel‑based financial models, revenue trackers and operational scorecards for the GameNow team.
