What you will do

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake;
• Independently explore and assess datasets to understand their structure, quality, and limitations with minimal direction;
• Proactively identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and changes over time;
• Define baselines and measurement frameworks to quantify business value and operational impact;
• Perform before-and-after analyses to evaluate the effects of process, policy, and tooling changes;
• Translate ambiguous or loosely defined business questions into structured, actionable analyses;
• Connect analytical findings to real business outcomes and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

Must haves

• 4+ years of experience in SQL using Snowflake ;
• Strong analytical intuition and ability to decide what to analyze;
