Data Analyst II

As a **Data** **Analyst II, HR Analytics** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights that enhance HR decision-making and improve organizational performance. Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in providing actionable recommendations that support HR initiatives and strategies.



In this role, you will impact the organization by designing and deploying Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards that deliver data-driven insights that optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support workforce planning. Your report design skills will help identify trends and patterns that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.



+ Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCM’s OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

+ Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
