Data Analyst

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the corporate utilization reviews data generation from AURAS, and processing of the extracted data within the standard TATs. It is also responsible for coordination with Actuarial for the IBNR report of the processed extracted Utilization Data. It will also serve as a back-up for the initial Data analysis of the utilization Reviews.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Financial

• Awareness of corporate accounts for reduction of utilization thru Utilization Reviews
• Works within approved budget

2. Customer Experience

• Zero backlog in Extraction and processing of Utilization Data for Analysis
• Timely submission of processed utilization data to Actuarial for IBNR

3. Operational Excellence

• Accurate and timely utilization data extraction and processing.
