Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports Sales and Customer Care by analyzing commercial data to drive policy deployment initiatives and business growth. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to improve data quality, develop insights, and identify opportunities to optimize existing and new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain data quality monitoring, audit processes, workflows, and approval controls
• Serve as a subject matter expert for KPIs, data management, and new analytical processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor data models and outcomes
