The impact you will make
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the operations team, marketing team, support team, and customer experience team
Set up and maintain a reporting system with calculated key metrics
Collect, process, structure, and analyze data from internal systems
Create SQL queries for data extraction and research
Analyze hypotheses and the impact of changes/campaigns on key metrics
Create dashboards, charts, ...
