Data Analyst – Outpost Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly self-directed Data Analyst who can independently dive into complex datasets, quickly learn new data domains, and uncover meaningful insights without step-by-step guidance.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable working with ambiguity, and motivated to identify what is important, interesting, or changing before being asked.

You will play a critical role in establishing baselines, measuring business value, and quantifying the impact of process, policy, and tooling changes across Outpost operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently explore Outpost datasets to understand structure, quality, and limitations with minimal direction
• Proactively identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and changes over time
• Define baselines and measurement approaches to quantify business value and operational impact
