What you'll be doing

• Prepares all necessary pre-requisites for Insurance Coverage
• Facilitates training/orientation on insurance related activites, insurance claiming process
• Review/Evaluates insurance-related claims and provides recommendation to minimize risk and exposure
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to gather information and provide updates
• Enter claims data into SMILSI's database & maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Review and verify insurance documents for completeness and accuracy
