What you'll be doing
Prepares all necessary pre-requisites for Insurance Coverage
Facilitates training/orientation on insurance related activites, insurance claiming process
Review/Evaluates insurance-related claims and provides recommendation to minimize risk and exposure
Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to gather information and provide updates
Enter claims data into SMILSI's database & maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Review and verify insurance documents for completeness and accuracy
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and answering phones and viber group chat
