Data Analyst

We are seeking a high-caliber Data & Advisory Analyst to support the final stages of a Target Operating Model (TOM) advisory project. This is a 4 month contract.

The primary focus is providing expert-level data support for Talent Acquisition (TA) diagnostic work. While experience in TA or HR Reporting/MI is beneficial, we are prioritizing candidates with exceptional data modeling and advanced Excel capabilities. This role is ideal for a Reporting & MI Analyst or a Financial Analyst with a strong advisory mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex data models to support diagnostic assessments and future-state organizational design.
• Advanced Reporting: Develop high-impact charts, tables, and automated dashboards to visualize key findings for project stakeholders.
