Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Training: Monday to Friday - 12:00 am to 9:00 am Philippine Time
After Training: Monday to Friday - 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO (Office-based) | San Fernando, Pampanga or WFH setup

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Analyst/Virtual Finance Operations & Reporting Specialist to support a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance, analytics, or operations who excels in data management, spreadsheets, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable learning financial software, and able to collaborate professionally with advisors on goals, metrics, and results.
