Data Analyst

Salary: 70,000 to 75,000 + benefits and allowances (including HMO)
Setup: Hybrid Setup (2-3 days onsite per week)
Site: Diliman, Quezon City (with free parking)
Schedule: Mid Shift (04:00 pm to 01:00 am) - Monday to Friday Only
Status: Project Based (1-year) with possible regularization

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams understand their performance.
• Work with business partners to understand their questions and provide clear, data-backed answers.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and changes that matter to the business.
• Respond to day-to-day and ad hoc data requests in a timely and thoughtful way.
• Review data regularly to ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Improve existing reports and dashboards based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Explain insights in simple terms so both technical and non-technical users can understand them.
