Data Analyst – RCM Reporting & Power BI

Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT organization in Pakistan, with 950+ people on board. We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Power Query, along with a clear understanding of the US Healthcare RCM environment. The role will focus on RCM KPI reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and performance insights for operations and leadership teams.

Position: Data Analyst – RCM Reporting & Power BI

Shift timings: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Location: Lahore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring RCM reports.
• Extract, clean, validate, and transform data using SQL, Excel, and Power Query.
• Track and analyze RCM KPIs including AR Days, Aging, Denial Rate, Clean Claim Rate, Collection Rate, Productivity, Quality, and TAT.
