In an industry traditionally driven by gut feeling, your role is to provide the empirical backbone for big real estate investment and management decisions.Ultimately, you are the bridge between complex datasets and strategic asset growth.

Requirements

• What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant professional experience in

  • data / information management,
  • in a facilities management context, particularly in corporate real estate.

  Background in:

  • Deep knowledge of DMBOK.
  • Facility management standards (ISO EN 15221 & ISO 41000)
  • Related standards as OHS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 31001.
