Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to identify the data and information required to achieve key priorities.
• Work with relevant management teams to identify and access available and pertinent datasets.
• Address the data needs of stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and utilization.
• Mine, clean, and organise datasets from various sources, such as the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), surveys, etc., ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced IT software tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc., to develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and scorecards that support data analysis, monitor and report findings and outcomes, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
