Role Purpose
The Data Analyst supports Beacon Communications Services Ltd by transforming operational, customer and delivery data into actionable insights that drive improvements across services, projects, and overall business performance. The role involves collecting, validating, analysing, and maintaining both internal and customer-facing datasets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful interpretation. A key part of the role includes managing customer datasets and being responsible for uploading, maintaining, and validating Beacon delivery data across customer systems and Beacon's internal tools.
